Valentine's Day is the perfect time to enjoy a special meal in Philadelphia. Whether you're celebrating with your true love or a few of your closest friends, enjoy the holiday with prix fixe meals, cocktail specials and more chocolate than you could imagine.

The Moshulu Celebrate Valentine’s Day aboard the Moshulu, the world’s oldest and largest four-masted ship. The restaurant will be offering a romantic four-course dinner for $95, featuring a trio of shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque and double cut lamb chops (plus views of the Delaware River). Call (215) 923-2500 for reservations. Fork Restaurant Enjoy the most romantic night of the year at Fork in Old City. The special Valentine’s Day menu, offered for $70, will include three courses — including luxurious favorites like a grilled half-pound Main lobster, leek-pistachio seared Halibut and a trio of hand-rolled chocolate truffles. Call (215) 625-9425 for reservations. London Grill Valentine’s Day is a perfect occasion to bring a date to London Grill. This Fairmount gem is hosting a special five-course prix fixe menu for $50, including dishes like foie gras meatball sliders and duck wings. At the bar, singles and couples can enjoy the “Kill Cupid” Anti-Valentine’s Day party with special themed drinks. Call (215) 978-4545 for reservations. Nineteen Nineteen, the beautiful café, bar and restaurant located on the 19th floor of the historic Park Hyatt, will offer a special three-course prix fixe menu, $70, in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Dishes will include hand dived sea scallops, “rotisserie” avian poulard for two and chocolate custard “four ways.” Guests receive a complimentary glass of champagne to toast the romance of the evening. Call (215) 790-1919 for reservations. White Dog Café Enjoy a romantic and organic three-course “Lady and the Tramp” dinner, $65, this Valentine’s Day at the White Dog Café. Dishes include a “Ménage à Trios” of three exotic fruits with warm brie, a Parisian filet of beef au poivre and an “After the Act” cappuccino crème brûlée. Call (215) 386-9224 for reservations. Marigold Kitchen Marigold Kitchen's new Executive Chef, Erin O’Shea, will create a four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu for $45, with a “Virginia is for Lovers” theme. Dishes will incorporate O’Shea’s favorite Southern ingredients and techniques. Bring your own wine and spirits! Call (215) 222-3699 for reservations. Xochitl For Valentine’s Day, Xochitl, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila lounge on Headhouse Square, will offer a special four-course menu for $45. Featured dishes will celebrate the role of chocolate in authentic Mexican cuisine. Call (215) 238-7280 for reservations. Chaddsford Winery On Feb. 16 from 7 to 9:30 p.m., Chaddsford Winery will host a different kind of Valentine’s celebration with a $30 special wine, chocolate and cheese tasting for “pairs and spares.” The event will feature red and pink wines in honor of the holiday.
